Which personal data will be collected and processed by us when and how?

Access to our website: Your IP address, cookie ID, cookies
At each access, we use so-called logfiles for the establishment of the connection to our website. Logfiles also help us with simplifying and optimising your user experience. We analyse these logfiles for system and webserver safety and stability as well as for administrative purposes. Processing these data is not obligatory in any way, but without collecting these data, access to our website would be restricted or even impossible. The logfiles collected by us (including your IP address) are automatically deleted after three days.

Distribution of the GCC-Newsletter: your full name, title, email address and company name
If you have subscribed to the GCC Newsletter by submitting your email address to us, we will send you up-to-date information on our legal advisory services and our professional environment. You may unsubscribe from our Newsletter at any time and revoke your consent to its receipt and to the processing of your personal data. We will then delete your data without undue delay.

Google ReCaptcha
We use on our website the plug-in “reCAPTCHA” provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Irland (“Google Ireland“). This plug-in helps to find out whether an entry is made by a natural person or in an abusive manner by machine and automated processing. Your IP address and possibly further data required for providing this service will be transmitted to Google Ireland, in conformity with the provisions of Article 6 Section 1 lit. f GDPR, based on our legitimate interest to avoid abuse and spam. In the context of using Google reCAPTCHA, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google in the USA.
You have the right to object to the creation of user profiles by Google. Please contact Google Ireland directly for this matter.
Google has submitted itself to the application of the Privacy Shield Agreement signed between the European Union and the USA and has obtained certification. Google Maps
We use on our website the plug-in “Google Maps”, an online map service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google“). With the help of Google Maps, we offer you the use of interactive maps on our website so that you can locate our offices more easily and thus have a more enjoyable user experience on our website.
By transmission of your IP address, Google will be informed about the fact that you have accessed the page on our website where Google Maps is installed. This data transmission will take place in any case, regardless of whether you have your personal Google account and are logged in or not to this account. If you are logged in with Google, your data will directly be assigned to your account. You can however prevent this assignment by logging out of your Google account before accessing our website. No. We do not transmit any of your personal data to any third parties.
