Further functions and services offered on our website
In addition to the mere information services offered on our website, we may propose further services that you may use, for example when you accept an invitation to one of our events. We use on our website the plug-in “reCAPTCHA” provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Irland (“Google Ireland“). This plug-in helps to find out whether an entry is made by a natural person or in an abusive manner by machine and automated processing. Your IP address and possibly further data required for providing this service will be transmitted to Google Ireland, in conformity with the provisions of Article 6 Section 1 lit. f GDPR, based on our legitimate interest to avoid abuse and spam. In the context of using Google reCAPTCHA, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google in the USA.
You have the right to object to the creation of user profiles by Google. Please contact Google Ireland directly for this matter.

Therefore, Google has undertaken to respect the standards and regulations of European data privacy laws. We use on our website the plug-in “Google Maps”, an online map service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google“). With the help of Google Maps, we offer you the use of interactive maps on our website so that you can locate our offices more easily and thus have a more enjoyable user experience on our website.
By transmission of your IP address, Google will be informed about the fact that you have accessed the page on our website where Google Maps is installed. This data transmission will take place in any case, regardless of whether you have your personal Google account and are logged in or not to this account. If you are logged in with Google, your data will directly be assigned to your account. You can however prevent this assignment by logging out of your Google account before accessing our website. Google saves your data as user profiles and analyses them for advertising, market research and/or need-oriented web-design purposes, even if you are not logged in to your Google account. Also, other users may be informed about your activities on our website. This data processing by Google as third-party provider is legally justified by our interest in optimizing your user experience (Article 6 Section 1 page 1 lit. f) of the German GDPR.
