Dr. Andrea Geiger

For about 25 years, Dr. Andrea Geiger has been rendering her services in German, French and international business law. She is admitted as German Rechtsanwalt at the Munich Bar and as French Avocat à la Cour at the Paris Bar.

Since her studies in Munich, she has worked for big, internationally oriented business law firms (Linklaters in Munich, Nabarro Nathanson in London, Paul Hastings, Rogers &  Wells, Bignon Lebray in Paris and SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte in Munich). In 2015, after seven years of partnership with SKW Schwarz, Dr. Andrea Geiger founded her own law firm GCC, so that she could fully concentrate on her core competencies.

Dr. Andrea Geiger supports her German and non-German clients for the successful implementation of their international business projects. In this context, she puts forward not only her detailed legal expertise, but also her profound experience in an international and multi-cultural environment. She works simultaneously in German, English and French.

Since 2012, Dr. Andrea Geiger has been elected every year by her peers into the circle of the best German lawyers for Mergers & Acquisitions, and since 2020 also for Corporate Law (initiative “Best Lawyers” in cooperation with the German business journal Handelsblatt).
